Custom production
Most wholesale and OEM abrasive products are made or packed according to confirmed buyer specifications, so returns are not accepted for preference changes after production.
Quality issues
If you find a quality issue, contact us with photos, videos, order details and carton information within a reasonable inspection period after receiving goods.
Review process
We will review the evidence and production records, then discuss replacement, credit or another practical solution when the issue is confirmed.
Transport damage
Visible transport damage should be recorded with the carrier or forwarder immediately and supported with photos before unpacking all cartons.
