What is a wool felt polishing wheel?
A wool felt polishing wheel is a felt tool used with a suitable polishing compound for finishing workpieces. The wheel construction, firmness, mounting and compound should be selected for the material and target finish.
Which dimensions should I send for a quote?
Send outside diameter, thickness or width, and bore size. For mounted tools, add shank diameter and length. A dimensioned drawing or a reference photo helps us check the configuration.
Can I request samples before a bulk order?
Tell us which specifications you want to evaluate and your delivery country. Sample availability, sample charges and shipping costs will be confirmed with the quotation. Keep the approved sample and written specification as the bulk-order reference.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the wheel configuration, quantity and packaging. Send your required sizes and order volume for a written quotation. We do not apply one fixed MOQ or lead time to every product.
Can you quote private-label packaging?
Bulk packing, retail bags or boxes and private-label requirements can be discussed. Provide the pack quantity, artwork requirements and destination so we can confirm feasibility and cost.
What speed and machine should I use?
Use only the operating limits and mounting instructions confirmed for the exact tool and your machine. A wheel diameter or product photo alone is not enough to establish a safe operating speed.
