What if I do not know the correct grade?
Describe the job and provide the information you have. Mark the grade as “recommendation needed” rather than guessing. Confirm the proposed specification and evaluate a sample before finalizing the bulk order.
How should I request a mixed order?
Use one line for each product and size. Specify the quantity and packing for each line so different items are not unintentionally treated as the same specification.
What should the quotation confirm?
Review the product specification, quantity, price basis, packaging, sample terms, minimum order, production timing and delivery scope. Resolve any difference between your inquiry and the quotation before approving the order. These terms depend on the actual requirement and must be confirmed individually.
